Terms of Sale Effective: April 1, 2011
Your purchase will be made wtih Alight/Swing Street; credit card statements may read Swing, Inc. We accept VISA, MasterCArd, American Express, Discover and other methods of payment. Customers choosing PayPal may be directed to PayPal's site to complete purchasing. All sales are in U.S. dollars.
Retail Print Items (ie: perfect-bound books, saddlestitch booklets, printed stationary): If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Retail Electronic Items (ie: PDF, mp3 files): Purchases of electronic items are not refundable. If a purchased electronic file/product does not download or open, customer must provide notice to retailer within 24 hours of attempted download/opening/saving of item. A new file will be sent to customer within 72 hours of notification. Vintage Jewelry: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Many vintage jewelry items on this site are listed as new. Vintage jewelry listed as new may still be in original packaging/with original tags. Other items may be gently worn and listed accordingly as "used'. All items are inspected/reviewed for accuracy of description and sanitized. Due to the nature and (sometimes) age of Vintage Jewelry, no warranties can be offered. Items listed as "Antique" and "Fragile" should be handled/worn with care. Excluding final sale items, vintage jewelry will be accepted for return within 7 days, provided the following conditions are met: 1) the item(s) have not been worn and are returned in resalable condition, 2) all original tags/labels are still attached, 3) the items are in their original packaging 4) original invoice number(s) are included. Upon our receipt of your return, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Collectibles: Collectibles accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity are warranted as indicated on the certificate(s). No other warranties are offered for collectibles. Excluding final sale items, collectibles may be returned within 7 days for a refund in the original form of payment. Damages and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions listed below under "Cancellations" and "Damages".
Trade Orders: Trade book orders are subject to the terms and conditions indicated in the original order. Trade accounts should refer to our Dealer Bulletin for more details.
Damages: If you have received a retail print item in damaged condition, please indicate the problem in your return correspondence. Upon receipt of the return, refund(s) will be issued in the original method of payment. Electronic files received in error will be resent upon our receipt of your notification. Notice of electronic error must be received within 24 hours of download.
Cancellations: Purchases of electronic products cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered. If you decide to cancel an order for a printed product, jewelry item or collectible after it has shipped, please follow our procedure for returns. To ensure proper credit, please include the following in your return package: The item(s) you have ordered, a brief description of the problem/reason for your return, your email address if you wish to be notified, the type of credit card and number to which the item(s) have been charged and any invoice numbers included with the original packaging. Including a daytime telephone number where you can be reached is also helpful. Upon our receipt of your return, refund(s) will be issued in the original method of payment.

Unless otherwise indicated, all printed materials, jewelry and collectibles are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Customers wishing to use a different ship method will incur additional charges. During checkout, you may be able to choose from several shipping options. Unless otherwise indicated, please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of your order to receive your purchase(s).
Traditional booksellers should view our online dealer bulletin at: www.myalight.com/bulletin.html for more information regarding establishing an account and volume discounts. We will be happy to place your volume order by phone or fax at: (212) 316-1017. Booksellers may also check with Baker & Taylor, or local wholesalers to place an order.
